We are delighted to invite you to our 2025 Dispersal Sale. We look forward to you joining us on April 12
for a day of quality cattle and hospitality.
The legacy of Koch Angus Farms extends back five generations when Christian Koch homesteaded in
the Dakota Territory near what is now the Sand Lake Wildlife Refuge at Hecla, South Dakota. Dennis
grew up in Liberty Township in South Dakota farming with his grandfather and beloved Uncle Kenny, who instilled in him a deep appreciation for the cattle industry – particularly for high quality Angus cattle.
Following a successful career in the agricultural seed business, Dennis and his wife, Susan, purchased
farmland near Letts, Iowa – opening the door for a return to his family roots in the cattle business. Since
launching Koch Angus Farms, our focus has been on breeding and raising quality Angus cattle with elite
EPDs. We have built our herd with careful attention to herd health, superior nutrition and progressive
genetics. Many progeny of Forever Lady 2021 and 134, Supreme Champions at the 2013 World Beef
Expo, are included in the sale.
Of course, our success would not be possible without help. We greatly appreciate the many
contributions of our Koch Angus crew, Scott Hintermeister and Derek Honts, who provide daily hands-on care for our herd.
This sales offering includes top quality bulls, premium embryo calves, cow/calf pairs and bred and openheifers. We are confident these exceptional cattle will maximize your investment, improve your herd, and benefit your bottom line.
We look forward to you joining us on sale day, Saturday, April, 12, 2025. All animals in the sale will be
available for viewing the morning of the sale, with the sale beginning at 12:00, Noon. Fresh coffee and
donuts will await your arrival, with lunch service beginning at 11:00 A.M.
